Wedderburn.
The Telegraph Office at Wedderburn was opened in February 1876. Until 1858, the town was known as Korong. A Telegraph Office was opened nearby at the Wedderburn Road Railway Station in January 1884. Other telegraph Offices were opened at Wedderburn Junction R.S. and Wedderburn R.S. about 1910. They closed in 1911 and 1916 respectively. |
